Hello World — Jay's Foundry is Live

This is the first post from Jay’s Foundry — a space where I build things, learn in public, and stay curious.

I’m Jay, a product manager with a development background. Jay’s Foundry is my dedicated side project space where I explore AI tools, build automations, and document what I learn along the way.

Why “The Foundry”?

The name comes from the idea that this is where things get forged — tools, content, skills, and eventually products. I wanted a space that felt intentional, not just another folder on a laptop.

What to Expect

I’ll be writing about:

  • Building with AI-native tools like Claude Code and Cursor
  • The intersection of product management and hands-on building
  • Workflow automation and agentic AI experiments
  • Honest accounts of what works, what doesn’t, and what surprises me

The Stack

This blog runs on Astro, deployed on Vercel, with content authored in Notion and published via a GitHub Actions pipeline. The whole thing was built in a single evening session — including the publish pipeline you’re reading this through.

More to come. Thanks for being here.
